I know exactly what you mean. I have a copy of it in my book I bring to shows. I searched ALL OVER CC last night & this morning & I cant find it! To try & scan would just be a horror, the best I can do is make a copy & mail it to you. Let me know...also I think it came in an email, around late Nov. early Dec.....HTH
