I have a stupid question about ordering supplies, like order forms and the like.

I found the order for on Consultant's Corner. Do I have to MAIL it in?? Or can I order them through P3?

I'm running kind of low and I have a show this weekend.

You can put a noncommission order in for all paperwork and supplies.

You can do it in P3, under noncommission orders.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between using mail order forms and P3 for my Pampered Chef show?

Mail order forms are physical documents that you can hand out to guests, allowing them to write down their orders and contact information. P3, on the other hand, is an online tool that allows you to enter orders directly into the system, making it easier to manage and process orders. P3 also provides real-time inventory updates and can streamline the checkout process.

Can I use both mail order forms and P3 at my show?

Yes, you can use both methods at your show. Some guests may prefer to fill out a mail order form, while others may be more comfortable using P3 on a tablet or smartphone. Offering both options can help accommodate different preferences and ensure that everyone can place their orders easily.

What should I do if I have guests who want to order but don’t have access to P3?

If some guests do not have access to P3, you can provide them with mail order forms to fill out. Make sure to collect their completed forms at the end of the show and enter their orders into P3 yourself. This way, you can ensure that all orders are processed, regardless of the method used.

How do I ensure that my mail order forms are filled out correctly?

To ensure accuracy, provide clear instructions on the mail order forms, including how to fill them out and what information is required. You can also offer assistance during the show, reminding guests to double-check their contact information and order selections before submitting their forms.

What are the benefits of using P3 over mail order forms?

Using P3 offers several benefits, including faster order processing, real-time inventory tracking, and the ability to easily manage customer information. P3 also reduces the risk of errors that can occur with handwritten forms and allows for a more organized and efficient checkout experience for both you and your guests.
