That post was really hard to read with all the typos, but don't panic. Call HO in the morning.

I was thinking the same thing. I would calm down like Jae said and call HO tomorrow to see what they have to say about it.

i am calm but the host is woundering so she can use them

Yes I understand but by calling HO they may be able to contact Fed Ex and get them to retrack the package. Maybe even ask the driver exactly where and the time!

has this happen before? to any one?

This has happened to me before (and with cookware for a host as well) - Fed Ex claimed it was delivered one day and then ended up being delivered the next.

This just happened to me last week...except her whole show was MIA...all 5 boxes.

HO sent her a new one as soon as I called them...they are great about handling that type of thing. All they needed was a new address because they couldn't send the show again to that address.

I have had a host get an additional box...FedEx left it at her house & it was NOT EVEN CLOSE to her address. I got the box from the host & called the consultant directly. We met up & she got the box to her host. It was way easier to do that than it was to wait on hold FOREVER with FedEx & have them get involved...it does happen...good luck!

I had this happen to me twice last week. Both shows tracking numbers said delivered. They showed up the next day.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if my host can't find their package?

If your host can't find their package, the first step is to check the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. This will give you an idea of where the package is currently located. If the tracking shows it was delivered but the host can't find it, suggest they check with neighbors or their local post office for any held packages.

How can I assist my host in locating their package?

You can assist your host by guiding them through the tracking process. Help them access the tracking link and interpret the information. Additionally, encourage them to contact the shipping carrier directly for more details or to file a claim if necessary.

What if the package is marked as delivered but my host still hasn't received it?

If the package is marked as delivered but hasn't been received, advise your host to wait 24 hours, as sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely. If it still doesn't arrive, they should check with their neighbors and contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Is there a way to replace items if the package is lost?

Yes, if the package is confirmed lost after checking with the shipping carrier, you can work with your host to replace the items. Contact Pampered Chef's customer service to discuss options for replacement or reshipment of the products.

What steps can I take to prevent package issues in the future?

To prevent package issues in the future, ensure that hosts provide accurate shipping addresses and consider using signature confirmation for high-value orders. Additionally, remind hosts to track their packages and communicate any delivery issues promptly.
