Hey all!! I am a new consultant and I am getting ready to do my very first cooking show mid-month! I just ordered my DCB, since I was so excited to get one now that they are available to all of us! My PC stuff mainly consists of all of the New Consultant Kit products and now the DCB and Cookie Press. Does anyone have any delicious recipes they can share that don't use a ton of products that I don't have yet? I keep looking online for recipes, but they tend to involve tools that I don't own, and I don't want to use random other tools when they aren't PC!! :balloon:

send me your email address in a PM, I have tons of them!
But I love the one in the current "seasons best"

The Loaded Baked Potato Chowder would be great for you to do!

I slice my potatoes w/ the Ultimate Mandoline before cooking them - shows another great product, and cuts the cooking time in half! I also press in a clove or two of garlic to show another tool, and add some extra flavor to the soup!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a DCB and why is it important for my cooking show?

The DCB, or Deep Covered Baker, is a versatile stoneware product from Pampered Chef that can be used for baking, roasting, and cooking a variety of dishes. It's important for your cooking show because it showcases the unique benefits of Pampered Chef products, encourages audience participation, and demonstrates how easy it is to prepare delicious meals.

What are some easy DCB recipes I can demonstrate at my cooking show?

Some easy DCB recipes include a classic lasagna, a whole roasted chicken, or a delicious chocolate lava cake. These recipes are not only simple to prepare but also highlight the DCB's ability to cook evenly and retain moisture, making them perfect for impressing your audience.

How can I adapt traditional recipes for the DCB?

You can adapt traditional recipes by adjusting cooking times and temperatures. Generally, recipes that are baked in a conventional oven can be made in the DCB with similar ingredients but may require a shorter cooking time due to the stoneware's heat retention properties. Always refer to the Pampered Chef recipe guidelines for specific adjustments.

Where can I find more DCB recipes to use for my cooking show?

You can find more DCB recipes in the Pampered Chef recipe database on their official website, in cookbooks specifically designed for stoneware, or by joining online groups and forums where Pampered Chef consultants share their favorite recipes and tips.

How can I engage my audience while cooking with the DCB?

Engaging your audience can be done by inviting them to participate in the cooking process, asking for their input on ingredients, and sharing fun facts about the DCB. You can also encourage questions throughout the demonstration and offer samples of the finished dish to create a more interactive experience.
