Delicious New Consultant Recipes for Your Direct Sales Success

In summary, the three new consultant recipes are Spicy Shrimp Ceviche Cups, Aloha Pizza, and Tropical Wontons with Mango Dipping Sauce. All three are really good. They're from the Taste of the Tropics theme show. The Aloha Pizza has been a big hit at my shows. The Clubhouse Chicken Squares with the kit products are also a hit. The fajitia pizza is good. I'm pretty sure it only uses tools that come with the starter kit. You can find it in all the best recipe book or Joyces Fine Cooking.com.

Does anyone have any other "new consultant" recipes? I don't know about the three that came with my kit, I haven't tried them yet, I will, but I just wanted to see what other kind of options I have.
Thank You

There are 3 more in the Season's Best for this season: Spicy Shrimp Ceviche Cups, Aloha Pizza and Tropical Wontons with Mango Dipping Sauce. All 3 of those are really good. They're from the Taste of the Tropics theme show.

I love doing the tomato Basil squares and they are always a hit! Let me know if you need the recipe.

Any of the "pizza" recipes can be adapted for the Large Bar Pan. You could probably do the Clubhouse Chicken Squares with the kit products.

I'm also a new consultant & I've done the Clubhouse Chicken Squares at several shows & they're always a big hit. Everything you need to make them is in your kit. I recommend them because they're delicious, easy to make, & demo lots of products.

The Aloha Pizza has been a big hit at my shows....

I did the elegant artichoke hearts at my MIL's house Thursday night and they were sooo good. You would never know they were artichoke recipes for those who think they'd hate them.

I love the strawberry Amaretto pastries at my shows- they are a big hit.

I am about to venture back into the pizzas- the veggie pizza- and possibly the aloha.

I am using the trifle bowl recipes now- ideas from the cheapest trifle bowl recipes thread.

30 minute chicken is a hit in the covered dish baker.

Plus I have a gallon quick-stir pitcher and we always mix lemonade. I usually sell a few of those.

I did the Strawberry Amaretto Pastries and Antipasto Vegetable Pizza at the majority of show the first 4 or 5 months.
Another good one is the Chocolate Silk Mousse - don't have the recipe in front of me, but you can get it on CC from the "Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate" show. BUT, I substitute pre-baked phyllo dough SHELLS for the crepes. You can find them in the freezer section of the store next to the phyllo dough - but make sure to get the shells, NOT pastry sheets. By using the pre-baked shells, you only need the microwave to melt the chocolate and don't need the oven at all! Great summer recipe to pair with the Harvest Chicken Salad.

One tip for the mousse - when you open the box of shells DON'T destroy the box. In the unlikely event that there are leftovers, you can fill the shells with the mousse, slide the tray of shells back into the box and put in the freezer. Once frozen, they are PERFECT bite-size snacks to satisfy a sweet tooth. My freezer is very rarely without them!

the fajitia pizza is good. i'm pretty sure it only uses tools that come with the starter kit. you can find it in all the best recipe book or joycesfinecooking.com

love the strawberry things!! I gotta try the chocolate things!

Yes! One of my demo recipes that has become a family favorite - my 3 year old loves it! Only, he thinks he's eating a spinach pizza when he eats it......so sometimes I do throw some fresh baby spinach on there too.
