KellyRedHead said:I just started using a calling system where I go to the website of the company I am using, put in the phone numbers. Then record a message by calling into a number for the recording. I have these message go out during the day before the show, when most people are at work so it is left mostly on answering machines.
I have good luck with it so far. the hostesses say they get several phone calls after this recording is made. And on the website it tells me if there was a answer and if it was a machine.
I know calling personally is good to (helps make that connection) but if you don't have time this is a good way also. I also but in the script I use to call me with my phone # and/or website to place an order or contact the hostess .
HTH maybe make things easier for some-![]()

A phone script for reminder calls is a pre-written guide that helps sales representatives communicate effectively with their customers. It typically includes key points to mention, questions to ask, and a friendly tone to ensure the conversation is engaging and informative.
Reminder calls are crucial in direct sales as they help maintain customer engagement, reinforce relationships, and remind customers of upcoming events, promotions, or product launches. They can significantly increase attendance at parties or events and boost sales by keeping your offerings top of mind.
To create an effective phone script, start by introducing yourself and your purpose for calling. Include a friendly greeting, mention the specific event or promotion, and highlight any benefits for the customer. Be sure to ask open-ended questions to encourage dialogue and allow for any customer concerns or questions.
If a customer doesn’t answer your reminder call, leave a concise and friendly voicemail. Mention your name, the purpose of your call, and a brief reminder about the event or promotion. Encourage them to call you back with any questions and consider sending a follow-up text or email for added reinforcement.
When handling objections during reminder calls, listen actively to the customer's concerns and acknowledge their feelings. Respond with empathy and provide solutions or alternatives that address their objections. Keep the conversation positive and focus on the benefits of attending the event or taking advantage of the promotion.
