My Boss Just Left: Venting & Sadness

My boss just told our department that he is accepting another job with a different company.

AAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is very frustrating....

One of my co-working is taking this very hard...I can't say that I am taking it to well either.

I can totaly understand that when a better job comes around, you jump at the opourtunity.

Any how...just need to vent...............

Awww....sorry for the news on a Friday...change is scary, but change can also be fun. I hope the change is good for you.Remember change is inevitable, growth is optional. So make the best of it. Wish him luck!

I completely understand how frustrating and upsetting this news must be for you and your coworker. It's always difficult when a boss or coworker decides to leave for a different job, especially when they have been a great leader and colleague. But it's important to remember that people have to do what's best for themselves and their career. It's also a great opportunity for you and your team to step up and show your strengths and abilities. Take this as a chance to grow and learn new skills.
