I've read of Consultants working with local realtors. Have any of you done this? Exactly how does this relationship work? What do you provide and how? I have an old friend in my town (we worked together at Rax Roast Beef in high school) and he is now a VERY successful realtor in my area and I'd love to approach him with a proposal but I'm kinda clueless on what we could do for one another.
