So if I submitted only 1 show in November and nothing in December I don't get anything? I thought it was separate for each month.

If you submit 2 shows in November you get something. Then it went on to the sales levels.

If you submit 2 shows in December, you get something else.

You don't have to submit in both months to get something the other month, but you have to submit 2 shows in one of those months to get the benefits for submitting two shows.

I can't remember if you had to have 2 shows in November for the sales levels. But that was a requirement before.

It is separate for each month. Level 1 of Nov SAT was hold & submit 2 shows to get a / some free product. The other levels are based on sales, not # of shows. Level 1 of Dec SAT was hold and submit 2 shows to get a / some free product.

If you go through some of the earlier posts, you'll see what the 2 show rewards are for Nov & Dec.

If you sold at least $1,500 in that one Nov. show you get the SAT package that we're all waiting to find out the contents are....... Otherwise, no you didn't qualify for the Sell a thon. (See the guidelines someone posted much earlier in this thread.)

it is seperate for each month. And shows for Nov and 2 shows for Dec.

I will be interested to see the details. I'm not sure it's really right to base directorship on someone else's recruiting though. I know people that that have 10 people under them, but none have recruited. So SHE's going to lose directorship? I don't think that's right.

Hopefully they will be grandfathered into the program or have an extended time to achieve the requirement's.

However, as someone said, we don't have all the details yet. It will be interesting though. :0

Why don't we break off the recruiting discussion to another thread? There has been over 20 posts on this alone just speculating the changes... I want Level 1 ($1,500) news!!

Just talked to my director again - and she said that our AD says that everything with recruiting and promoting is easier now! She is really excited about it, and our AD is a pretty mellow personality!

She told my D it could mean a payraise of up to 30% for my D!

I'm like a stinkin' junkie :yuck: I want more information!:chef::angel:

We're all here waiting for a dealer to give us our next hit!! LOL!

If it helps, I know with the $1500 SAT we get the white minibaker and the new garlic press.

I'm trying to remember what my director told me this morning.

OH! I do remember that the "new spring product" promotion for recruiting in Nov. is the new white DCB.

We all want news....may not be the same news...but this is great. One stop news shopping! Personally, I want to know all of it and I don't want to have to keep flipping back and forth to different threads. That's why the "day 1" was started...now "day 2".

Thanks to all of you posting.....I don't have any cluster mates or d's passing info yet so keep it coming.........ALL OF IT!

It was still early and I was only on my 2nd cup of coffee by that point. Tomorrow, I'll be prepared. :D

OK, if this helps the $1500 people:

Level 1 is the 2 shows.

Level 2 is the $1500

Level 3 is $3000
and
$6,000 is everything.

So with Level 2, you get everything Level 1 gets plus other products.

With Level 3 you get everything the $1500 people get plus other products.

So I would suggest that those who sold $1500 take a real close look at the $3000 level because your items are hidden in there ... probably several of the first items mentioned.

Great Idea. I think it would be easier to find information if other thread were started for the discussion and these threads for each day were just for information.:D

But this gets tried every Leadership or Conference and it always turns into discussion and then you have to scroll and scroll to find the info.:D

I must say I like coming to one thread for ALL of the info and I am grateful for those that are sending it to those that are posting it! Ya'll are great!

Exactly! For me, the recruiting and promoting news is just as important (if not more) as the SAT levels. This is Leadership News - not just SAT levels!

The 2 show level is NOT included in level 2-4. You could ideally reach $6000 in sales in one show, but you still would not have the 2 show level. So, think of it as different.

I agree. I am excited about seeing how I can promote my business and myself more than the SAT stuff (even though that is a benefit :)).

I like being able to come to one location and look. All I do is hit the go to first new post button at the top of the thread and I don't have to weed through everything I have already read.

I appreciate everyone who has been posting the information for us. I thank you very much. I don't think my employer does though. he he :D

$1500 SAT....(drumroll please!)

Garlic press
Bamboo Cracker Tray
Spicy Pineapple Rum Sauce
White mini-baker
Square baking pan
Medium bamboo platter
Sun dried tomato and herb dipping oil.

December stuff (can't remember if this has been posted yet)
29 minutes to dinner 2
chip/dip plate
ginger wasabi sauce

the garlic press is listed twice, is that a mistake, should there be something else in one place?

Oh...one more thing.

Recruiting stuff. My director said in general session, everyone was super excited about the Senior Consultant and Team Leader stuff, but when they announced the new director stuff, you could cut the tension in the room with a knife.

i do have a questions..

I earned level 2; but Can I buy the bigger kit?

So, is that a bad or good tension? Makes me think the new director announcement did not go over well. Maybe I am just confused on your wording :o
