KellyTheChef said:I never put them in the catties...never sold any of the old style, so I didn't think these would be too big of a seller either! I don't think ANYONE has asked me about these since changeover....
Glad they are going to go off stop sell, though!
You didn't pay for it in the spring package. They removed it before the packages were available. Those that earned it will get their free peelers and everyone will be able to order one at half price on or after May 15 (#FN88 - write-in on supply order).pampered nicole said:Here's my question...I bought the spring products package that it was supposed to be included in. It doesn't mention replacing those in the email we got. Will we have to order again and pay again?
how funny Beth, that is the only reason I clicked on this thread is to express my "happiness!"BethCooks4U said:Yeah, and I just put those stickers in 200 catalogs. lol
Absolutely!! We all should have been making a list of everyone who said they wanted them. Call away! That's called customer care!Cassie1037 said:I totally put the "not available" stickers in all my catalogs as well. I had a customer who wanted two of them, but I had to tell her the were 'not available', do you think it is valid to call her and see if she wants to order them now?
It's not very often, although it has happened about 3 times in the last 4 years (the Chillzanne lunch thingie, Woven Selections, and this). Usually it's due to quality issues from the supplier.Cassie1037 said:Is it pretty common for products to go off the catalogs and then back on just like that? It seemed like a short period of time to have came out with the spring line, then to pull the peelers, and now they are back on... how often does that happen?
Hmmm... I thought they pulled them after we got our samples but before they were sold to the customers? I guess I am remembering wrong.pampered1224 said:Do any of you remember the Woven Selections debockle?
They presented the Woven Slections at conference and they were really nice and sturdy but the ones the manufacturer sent for us to actually sell had flimsier handles and they unravled. I had about 30 of them that had to go back to PC and then we could not get replacements as they pulled them for almost a year. It was really bad!
