I submitted a show last week, it shipped out, and it sitll isn't showing on the Individual Performance Tracker. I'm on hold with Tech support- but been on hold for 15 minutes!

Yes, I"ve had this happen. Sometimes that doesn't seem to get updated. Is it on the shipment screen? That seems to be the first place a show shows up. And sometimes it shows up relatively quickly on the Incentive Calculator.
 
I think things are running slow all over... I got an email saying my supply shipment was shipped on or before today.... when I go to check the status on CC it says it's picking.... hmm
