Has anyone else had this problem- happened twice to me!

Submitted a show yesterday 10am- got a conf of the show like 12n from HO-

Cool I think no CC issues-

NOT-

I look on CC shipping status and the show is on HOLD WAT??

I call HO and they yup there is a decline CC-

BUT NO notification from HO. Not even on CC
Am I the only one that is has happened too?

If not PLEASE call Tech support- and check your shipping status to assure timely delivery!
 
It seems all their email notifications are out of whack. I know some consultants on my team have not gotten notifications of CC holds...and there's another thread about not getting notifications of on line orders. I submitted a show last week and didn't get confirmation until 10am the next day, and it didn't show up on CC. Strange!

they think I am the only one with the problem

now come to think of it I never got a lead order email either-
 
One of my girls actually got an e-mail yesterday. So hopefully they are working at getting this resolved. ;)
