I remind the host about our awesome booking benefit and I sometimes also offer their show discount at any show booked from theirs. PC gives them 10% but then I add the difference (only at shows booked from her own show). Even if they have a 30% discount it's only 20% that I'm giving her - basically commission and I got a show....AJPratt said:I'm kicking off another catalog show and really, really want to kick up my cooking shows. My husband just lost his job and I need to step this PC baby up! I would like to offer some extra incentive. What do you offer? I usually don't get any shows from a catalog show.
ShanaSmith said:I offer the original hostess $10 off her order at any show that is booked from hers. Plus of course really really talk up the host specials. I would also recomend making up little baskets of goodies and taking them, with catalogs and business cards to businesses in the area. Be sure to tell them that you are looking for people to host shows, and ask if they can help you get your business going. I think it is really important to tell them right up front that you need help, people will do it when it is put that way!
Good Luck!
An incentive for cooking shows booked off of a catalog show is a reward or bonus offered to consultants who successfully schedule cooking shows as a result of their catalog show sales. This can encourage consultants to leverage their catalog shows to generate more in-person events, ultimately increasing their sales and customer engagement.
To qualify for the incentive, you typically need to book a certain number of cooking shows from your catalog show within a specified timeframe. Each company may have different criteria, so it's important to check the specific guidelines provided by Pampered Chef or your direct sales organization.
Incentives can vary widely but may include cash bonuses, free products, discounts on future purchases, or exclusive access to new products. Some companies may also offer recognition or awards for top performers, which can motivate consultants to book more shows.
To promote your catalog show effectively, you can share enticing product information, offer exclusive deals for attendees, and highlight the benefits of hosting a cooking show. Engaging with your audience through social media, email newsletters, or in-person conversations can also help generate interest and bookings.
Yes, most direct sales companies, including Pampered Chef, provide tools or systems for consultants to track their sales and bookings. You can monitor your progress towards the incentive through your consultant dashboard or by keeping personal records of your shows and bookings.
