Paige Dixon said:Make labels for her to put on invites with the show info, address, etc. Include a line that says "Bring 3 uninvited adults, get a free stone!" Here's the thinking: someone attempts to bring 3 guests, but at the last minute, at least one will crap out because life just happens. So, now there's two extra guests in attendance and you don't have to give anything away.

Put a little sticker on 5 of the invitations before you mail them. Jot down the names. Then tell the host about 4 days before the show that she'll get an extra gift if she calls everyone to remind them and find out who has the stickers. Don't tell her there are 5, because if she knows that and finds the 5, she'll stop calling.
Utilize social media platforms to create event pages and share engaging content related to your shows. Consider sending out personalized invitations via email or text to your contacts. Collaborate with local businesses or community groups to cross-promote your events, and use eye-catching flyers or posters in high-traffic areas.
Offer exclusive discounts or free products for attendees who RSVP or bring a friend. Consider hosting a raffle or giveaway during the show, where guests can win Pampered Chef items. Providing refreshments or a fun theme can also encourage attendance and create a more inviting atmosphere.
Choosing the right time for your shows is crucial. Consider hosting them during weekends or evenings when people are more likely to be available. Avoid scheduling conflicts with major holidays or local events. Sending reminders a few days before the show can also help boost attendance.
Engage your audience by sharing sneak peeks of what they can expect at the show, such as recipes or cooking tips. Create excitement through countdown posts on social media and encourage guests to share the event with their friends. Personal follow-ups can also make guests feel valued and more likely to attend.
If attendance is low, consider gathering feedback from previous guests to understand their preferences. You might also want to experiment with different formats, such as virtual shows or smaller, more intimate gatherings. Building relationships with your audience and consistently promoting your shows can help improve attendance over time.
