byrd1956 said:I use to call all the guests, but it took forever. Only good thing about it was I often got an order for the host that would not have been there without my call. I now use post calls, too and love it. I have never had a guest tell me they did not like getting the call.
melaniepc said:ok, what is a post call LOL... do you mean you call yourself or its just a message and it somehow calls?

Jenni said:I would love to call all guests, or have the host call all guest a day or two before the party. But its just not practical for me or most hosts. My director told me about it and its seems to really work for her and me. I record a friendly message saying who I am, how I look forward to meeting them at Sally's show on Sunday at 3:00pm, and invite them to bring a friend, and if they can't make it and would like to place an order I give my number.. It's kinda like that reminder phone call you get about a dentist or hair appointment. You have every intention of going but plan forgot. The calls help, and many people have said they never would have remembered if it wasn't for the call.

To boost attendance at your Pampered Chef events, consider utilizing social media to promote your shows, sending personalized invitations to potential guests, and offering incentives such as discounts or giveaways for attendees. Additionally, scheduling events at convenient times and locations can also help increase participation.
Creating excitement can be achieved by showcasing new products, offering exclusive deals, and sharing engaging content related to your event theme. You can also build anticipation by sharing sneak peeks of recipes or demonstrations that will be featured during the show, and encouraging guests to bring friends along for a fun experience.
Follow-up is crucial for maintaining interest and building relationships with your guests. After each event, reach out to attendees with a thank-you message, share highlights from the show, and invite them to your next event. This helps keep your Pampered Chef business top of mind and encourages repeat attendance.
Leverage your existing customer base by encouraging them to invite friends and family to your events. You can also create a referral program that rewards customers for bringing new guests. Additionally, consider hosting exclusive events for loyal customers to make them feel valued and more likely to attend future shows.
Common mistakes include not promoting the event early enough, failing to engage with potential attendees, and not providing clear information about the event details. Avoid overloading your guests with too much information or making the event feel too formal. Keep it fun and interactive to encourage attendance.
