I jjust closed my cousin's show. $951.
She LITERALLY just emailed me another order ($50.00) right after I hit submit.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I called HO and there was a wait so I am waiting for the call back.
Think there's ANY chance I can get that other order in for her??

Call HO and WAIT ON HOLD!!! It's ALWAYS shorter than the call back time. You *might* be able to catch it, but don't count on it. If there is a declined card, then you can add the order because it won't have been processed yet.

This happened to me with a $100 order. The only way I could 'add' it was to cancel the entire show and resubmit...but I had already shredded the credit card numbers, so I would have had to call everyone to get their numbers again.

From what I was told, the 'window' to cancel a show is extremely short. Since this happened, I make sure each host fully understands that once she tells me her show is closed, there is no going back.
