I have a meeting on Feb 10th--my first one on my own! I used evite.com to send the message to everyone.

Today, one of my consultants, who has not returned THREE of my phone messages, just RSVP'd YES! Holy Moly!

I hope we have a good turn out and a great meeting!

I love using evite. I just sent out my post cards to those who never RSVP or show up. Maybe a paper reminder will get them coming:)

Congrat's Deb!! Let me know how you love your own meeting wink ;) nudge ;)

I love evite also, I use it for everything!

Yay Deb! I also use evite for everything!! Good Luck!

Hi there! I'm so glad to hear that you created an Evite for our meeting on Feb 10th. It's always great to have a way to easily communicate with our team. And congratulations on hosting your first meeting on your own! That's a huge accomplishment. I'm sure it will be a success with all the hard work you've put into it. It's also great news that one of our consultants finally RSVP'd yes. Hopefully, we'll have a great turnout and a productive meeting. Looking forward to seeing you there!

What is an Evite and how do I use it for our meeting?

An Evite is an online invitation that you can send to guests to inform them about your meeting. You can customize it with details such as the date, time, location, and agenda. Simply create the Evite, add your guest list, and send it out to ensure everyone receives the invitation.

How can I track RSVPs for the meeting using Evite?

Evite provides a built-in RSVP tracking feature. Once your guests receive the invitation, they can respond directly through the Evite link. You can monitor who has accepted, declined, or not yet responded by checking the RSVP section of your Evite dashboard.

Can I customize the Evite to match our meeting theme?

Yes, Evite allows you to customize your invitations with various themes, colors, and images. You can select a template that fits the theme of your meeting and add personalized messages to make it more engaging for your guests.

What should I include in the Evite for our meeting?

When creating your Evite, be sure to include essential details such as the meeting's date, time, location (or virtual link), agenda, and any special instructions or items guests should bring. A friendly message can also encourage attendance.

What if some guests don’t receive the Evite?
