Just wanted to congratulate you on your TEN PERCENT raise! Make sure when you tell others about your raise that you remember that your 2% raise is actually a 10% raise over what you had been making. That is easier for others to wrap their brain around...especially since in this economy not many people get raises of that much!
Before your raise, you make a minimum of 20% commission. 2% is ten percent of the 20%...therefore, it's a 10% raise in your pay rate.pamperedtraci said:I am a little lost on the whole 10% thing, could you explain a little more? TIA!

Hope that makes sense...if not I can try to say it another way. (Even now as I look back over it, it does sound kind of confusing with all the percents in there!!)

To update your commission rate after receiving a raise, log into your Pampered Chef consultant account. Navigate to the 'Profile' section, where you can find the option to update your commission rate. Ensure that you enter the new rate accurately and save the changes.
No, your commission rate will not update automatically. You need to manually update it in your consultant profile to reflect the new rate after a raise.
Once you have updated your commission rate in your profile, the changes typically take effect in the next commission cycle. Make sure to check your upcoming commission statements to confirm the update.
If you encounter any issues while updating your commission rate, contact Pampered Chef's consultant support team. They can assist you with any technical difficulties or questions you may have regarding the update process.
While it is not mandatory to notify your team about your updated commission rate, it can be beneficial for transparency and motivation. Sharing your achievements may inspire your team members to strive for their own raises.
