You can order through Consultant's Corner: Managing your business > Samples and Supplies > Order Samples > Outlet.Or you can order through your PWS. In that instance, it must be an individual order, not affiliated with a show. Go to Order Products (lower left corner), then select option 2. The outlet will be the bottom of the list of product categories.
