BethCooks4U said:I offer the host her show discount at any show she gets for me. I normally just do this with catalog shows since I don't get to see those guests but I have offered it at cooking shows when the host is really doing the booking - that's if they are not interested in signing after doing my job.
If she earned 25% at her show I will add 15% to the amount she gets as a past host at shows booked off hers. Often once they spend all their benefits they don't want to use their discount especially if they have bookings - have to save something for their friends' shows. They are always thrilled with this and it costs me nothing. If they don't order, I pay $0; if they do order, I pay less then my commission on that order. Win-win.
But of course! That's why we share here! :chef:ragschef said:This is a great idea!! May I borrow it, please? :chef:
Encourage your hosts to create a guest list that includes friends, family, and acquaintances who enjoy cooking or entertaining. Suggest they reach out personally to invite their guests, emphasizing the fun and benefits of the Pampered Chef products. Additionally, you can provide them with tips on how to engage their guests, such as sharing their excitement about the products and the cooking experience.
Help your hosts understand the power of social media by providing them with templates for posts and stories. Encourage them to share their excitement about the upcoming party, showcase products they love, and highlight any special offers. Additionally, suggest they create an event page to keep guests informed and engaged leading up to the party.
Consider offering incentives such as discounts on future orders, free products, or exclusive access to new items for hosts who secure additional bookings. You can also create a friendly competition among hosts, where those who achieve the most bookings within a certain timeframe receive a special reward.
Provide your hosts with training and resources that equip them with the skills to ask for bookings. Role-playing scenarios can be helpful, as well as sharing successful scripts or phrases they can use when talking to guests. Remind them that many people enjoy hosting and that they are simply offering an opportunity for fun and connection.
Encourage your hosts to follow up with guests after the party to thank them for attending and to gauge their interest in hosting their own party. Provide them with a simple follow-up message template that includes a personal touch. Additionally, suggest they share their own positive experiences from the party to inspire others to host.
