I sent out invitations for my Holiday Open House, but I just realized that I have no idea what I'm doing! :p How should I set things up? What should I plan on doing? I'm not doing a demo, but thought I might have a "hands-on" area. I'm doing a prize drawing. I'm thinking I should have different "stations", but I have now idea what all I need to make sure I have. My house is very open, so I could utilize different rooms (dining, living, and family rooms and kitchen can all be seen at the same time). Also, I thought of doing a "100 squares" sheet for an extra drawing; is that a good/bad idea? Sorry for rambling. I've attached my invite so you can see what I've planned so far (I created it by combining different ideas on here!) Let me know what you guys think. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

TIA! :)

as far as stations go you can put out a few tools like the chopper & some nuts, the julienne peeler & a carrot, the apple wedger or APCS w/ apples.
I usually don't have many people "play" with the tools though...but thats me others may have luck with it.

You could set up a station where they can make their own pretzel wreath to take home (although keeping the chocolate warm could be an issue), how about setting out some plain sugar cookies with the decorator bottles or EAD.

Set your dining room table w/ SA & the trifle bowl as a center piece.

Relax and have fun with your guests ! :)

Wow, sounds like a lot of fun :) Side note: My house is chaos right now (painting/repairs) but I hope to host an Open House in January.Station idea: How about salsa? Large batter bowl, salad chopper, garlic press and salsa ingredients. Plus SA large bowl of chips. The 100 squares...depends on your crowd.

I'm doing one Monday. Same thing. Sent out invites and then realized that it was crazy at this time in my life. Hope someone shows up since that's been my downfall in the past. I'm going to have products and catalogs everywhere so people can think about it constantly. I'm going to have chips with Southwestern Seasoning dip. Cranberry bark, Warm nutty caramel brownies, punch in the trifle bowl and whatever else I come up with. Got to get cleaning....

I just had one this afternoon. I was joined by 6 other direct sales consultants. We had about 50 people come through and so far I have $415 in sales and 3 bookings. I wish you all the best and good luck with your open houses.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do after sending out invitations for my Pampered Chef party?

After sending out your invitations, it's important to follow up with your guests. You can send a friendly reminder a few days before the party to confirm their attendance. Additionally, prepare for the event by organizing your products, planning your presentation, and ensuring you have all necessary materials ready for the party.

How can I encourage more guests to RSVP to my Pampered Chef party?

To encourage more RSVPs, consider reaching out personally to your guests via phone or text. Highlight the fun aspects of the party, such as the chance to try new recipes, win prizes, or enjoy a fun evening with friends. Offering a small incentive, like a raffle entry for those who RSVP, can also motivate guests to respond.

What if some guests can't attend the party?

If some guests can't attend, don't worry! You can offer them the option to place an order online or send them a catalog after the party. You can also consider hosting a virtual party for those who can't make it in person, allowing them to participate from home.

How can I prepare for the party after sending out invitations?

Preparation is key! Start by organizing your product samples and ensuring you have all necessary tools for cooking demonstrations. Create a menu for the party and practice any recipes you plan to showcase. Additionally, prepare any promotional materials or catalogs to share with your guests during the event.

What if I don't receive any responses to my invitations?

If you don't receive any responses, it's a good idea to follow up with your guests individually. A friendly reminder can prompt them to respond. You can also consider reaching out to a wider audience by inviting additional friends or family members who may be interested in attending the party.
