Because many home party consultants don't let people keep the catalogs, and they may have just assumed they had to leave them behind.
I always tell guests, as part of my speil, that the catalogs are theirs to keep for the recipes inside, and for future reference, and that all of my contact info is on the back. I tell them to please feel free to keep their catalog, but if they are just going to take it home and toss it in the circular file, than I'd like for them to leave it with me to reuse.
JAE said:I like giving my catalogs away because I don't like reusing wrinkly catalogs anyway. I tell people they may keep the catalog and about the recipes and show info in there plus my info on it. I also tell them if they're just going to pitch them, I'll take them.
If your guests are hesitant to take a catalog, try offering a digital version instead. You can send them a link via email or text, making it easy for them to browse at their convenience. Additionally, emphasize the benefits of the products and how they can enhance their cooking experience.
Create an engaging atmosphere by highlighting specific products in the catalog during your presentation. Use demonstrations to showcase how the products work, and encourage guests to flip through the catalog to see the items in action. You can also offer incentives, like a small prize, for those who engage with the catalog.
That's perfectly fine! Let them know that they can easily shop online through your personal Pampered Chef website. Make sure to highlight any exclusive online offers or promotions that may not be available in the catalog, which can entice them to check it out.
Reassure your guests that Pampered Chef frequently updates their product line and that the catalog features the latest offerings. You can also mention that while some items may change, the catalog still provides valuable recipes and cooking tips that are timeless and useful regardless of product updates.
Personalize the experience by sharing your own favorite products and how they've benefited you. Use testimonials or success stories from other customers to build credibility. Additionally, consider creating a fun challenge or game that involves the catalog, which can make it more interactive and engaging for your guests.
