Just curious to what everyone does to follow up with online wedding registry orders? Do you contact the person ordering? Are you sending them info?
Please share what you are doing.
thanks
Melinda

I was wondering this too! I just received my first online wedding reg order. I am planning on calling the guest and thanking them and ask how easy/hard they found it to navigate on the website.

I have my first wedding registry and bridal shower coming up in May. I am anxious to hear this answer as well.

I usually send an email telling them who I am (Bride & Groom's PC consultant), thanking them for their order, giving them my contact info (phone number, email address, & website so they'll have it for their records), and letting them know I'd be happy to help them with any PC needs in the future. I usually also include an invitation to sign up for my enewsletter.

Hi Melinda,Thank you for bringing up this important topic! As a Pampered Chef consultant, I have found that following up with online wedding registry orders is crucial for ensuring a positive experience for both the person ordering and the couple receiving the gifts. To answer your questions, I do contact the person ordering to confirm the details of their order and to thank them for choosing Pampered Chef for their wedding registry. I also provide them with any necessary information, such as estimated delivery dates and instructions for tracking their order. In addition, I like to send a personalized note or email to the couple, congratulating them on their upcoming wedding and letting them know that their gifts are on the way. This not only adds a personal touch, but also reminds them to keep an eye out for their Pampered Chef gifts.I also make sure to follow up again after the gifts have been delivered, to ensure that everything arrived in good condition and to offer any additional assistance or support.Overall, I have found that proactive and personalized follow-up with online wedding registry orders helps to build strong relationships with customers and leads to a successful registry experience for everyone involved.I hope this helps, and I would love to hear what other consultants are doing as well!Best,
