btw...have you seen enough response to using the minis to justify the cost? when did you start using them?

It's best to fill out the invites with the host's contact information. This way, guests can easily reach out to the host with any questions or RSVP details. It also helps to create a personal connection between the host and their guests.
Include the host's name, the date and time of the party, the location, and any specific instructions for the guests, such as what to bring or how to RSVP. Additionally, consider adding a brief description of what to expect during the party.
Make sure to include a clear RSVP deadline on the invite. You can also suggest that guests respond via text or email, making it easy for them to confirm their attendance. Consider adding a small incentive, like a raffle entry, for those who RSVP early.
If the host prefers that you use your contact information, it's important to discuss this with them beforehand. Ensure that they are comfortable with guests reaching out to you instead of them, as this may affect the personal touch of the party.
Yes! Use colorful designs or themed graphics that match the party's theme. Personalize the invites with a warm message from the host, and consider using fun language that reflects the excitement of the event. Handwritten notes can also add a special touch.
