I've just started filling out the invites for hosts...do you put the hosts' phone & email, or yours, or both?

What do you find is appropriate & effective?

Are you using labels (I hope!!) because that would be an awful lot of writing!!! :) I put the hosts phone number on the labels I use and for the flyer/invitations I do with the minis.

This is actually my first show filling out the invites. She only gave me email addresses for all her guests except about 5, so hand writing them is not such a problem here. I will def use labels in the future though. Do you put any of your contact info on the invite?btw...have you seen enough response to using the minis to justify the cost? when did you start using them?

I have been using the minis for just over a month, and I've seen at least a $50 increase in my show average so far. I'm sure it will continue to go up. I'm confused with your question, is it asking if you should put your email on the evites or actual invitations?

Mel - I am seeing a great response to the mini! My past 2 shows have had over 20 in attendance, and both of those had about 35 on their invite list!

As far as my info - I put a label on the mini catalog (where you would put the return address anyway. It's the same label I use for catalogs, so it has all of my contact info on it. I've gotten a couple bookings before shows by having it there!

The label I put on my invites is big enough to put the host info and then put something like............

Unable to attend? Enter your hosts name when shopping online at pamperechef.biz....... All orders placed by (enter date here) will count for her show.

Really? How many do you order at a time on supply?

I print the host info onto the postcard invites. I'll attach the template.

I haven't tried the mini catty yet. I might try that.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I fill out the invites with the host's contact information or my own?

It's best to fill out the invites with the host's contact information. This way, guests can easily reach out to the host with any questions or RSVP details. It also helps to create a personal connection between the host and their guests.

What information should I include on the invites?

Include the host's name, the date and time of the party, the location, and any specific instructions for the guests, such as what to bring or how to RSVP. Additionally, consider adding a brief description of what to expect during the party.

How can I encourage guests to RSVP on the invite?

Make sure to include a clear RSVP deadline on the invite. You can also suggest that guests respond via text or email, making it easy for them to confirm their attendance. Consider adding a small incentive, like a raffle entry, for those who RSVP early.

What if the host wants me to fill out the invites with my contact info?

If the host prefers that you use your contact information, it's important to discuss this with them beforehand. Ensure that they are comfortable with guests reaching out to you instead of them, as this may affect the personal touch of the party.

Are there any tips for making the invites more appealing?

Yes! Use colorful designs or themed graphics that match the party's theme. Personalize the invites with a warm message from the host, and consider using fun language that reflects the excitement of the event. Handwritten notes can also add a special touch.
