If you are interested in a show circle 10 and if you somewhere in between and it just might not be the right time, circle the number that best describes your feelings about having a show. I think this is better than a definite answer because it leaves it open for further discussion. Thanks for the suggestion!In summary, the customer care card has been revamped and includes birthdays

Customer Care CardSo after some thinking and talking with multiple people I have revamped the customer care card that I use. It is attached for anyone who wants to use it. The reason I added birthdays, is I made a 15% off order in month of bday postcard from vistaprint, so i thought it would be a good thing to do. I also added the option of being contacted via phone or email, as I know personally (and from most of my friends) that we prefer to be contacted via email, as we can respond anytime day or night when we have a free moment. Feel free to use or change as you see fit!

Very nice! Just the basics, but gets it all. The only other thing I would like is a "best time to contact you" section...so GET ON IT! (JK!)

Cathy, you are right, this is what I use instead of the DPDS. I prefer the way I have my questions and I like getting the extra info for my records.

Ah, thanks, Alison! I dig it...maybe I'll borrow it! I like that it's bigger, too. I like to write notes on mine when I call people, so that will give me more room!
