Does anyone know how to put a past host guest list into a new show on the website. without having to enter each one individual. I need help please!!

I have tried everything and found the only way to do it was to re-enter them all ... or to change the shwo information on the original show updating it with the new date & time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I easily import my guest list for a new show in Pampered Chef?

You can easily import your guest list by using the CSV file format. First, create a CSV file with the names and contact information of your guests. Then, navigate to the guest list section in your Pampered Chef account, and look for the option to import contacts. Follow the prompts to upload your CSV file, and your guest list will be populated automatically.

What information do I need to include in the guest list CSV file?

Your CSV file should include essential information such as the guest's first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Make sure to format the data correctly to ensure a smooth import process.

What if my guest list is too large to import at once?

If your guest list exceeds the maximum limit for a single import, consider splitting it into smaller batches. You can create multiple CSV files, each containing a portion of your guest list, and import them one at a time.

Are there any specific formatting requirements for the CSV file?

Yes, ensure that your CSV file is saved in UTF-8 format to avoid any issues with special characters. Additionally, the first row should contain headers that clearly label each column (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone) to facilitate the import process.

What should I do if I encounter an error during the import process?

If you encounter an error, double-check your CSV file for any formatting issues or missing information. Make sure all required fields are filled out correctly. If the problem persists, consult the Pampered Chef support resources or reach out to your team leader for assistance.
