Question... when a customer choose direct shipping for their order, does HO send them an official receipt for their purchase with their order? If not, then I have to print and mail the receipts to these people? TIA :)
 
I am not sure if they get an actual receipt or not. I usually print one and send it with a note on saying thanks so much for ordering and give them all my contact info.

They do not get a receipt from HO. So if the order is part of a show or an individual order placed through you, you'll need to send one.If it's an online individual order, they are supposed to print the confirmation page as their receipt.
