I don't have a clue yet. What's everyone making at their shows next month?

Nothing firm yet either....

Right now, I'm considering:

Summertime salads: Southwestern Salad or Cool N Crunchy Chicken Taco Salad, cooking the chicken as guests arrive in the DCB.

Keep It Cool: Ice Cream Social idea

Grill & Chill: Grilled Pizza or "Kebobless Kabobs"

One Pot Wonders: Bacon, Linguini and Tomato Toss

Does anyone know if the BLT toss can be done on a hot plate? I find that hotplates don't heat up as much as tradition stovetops so that has me concerned. I'll do the bacon on a stone in the oven or micro pre-schow...

I am offering:
The Deluxe Cheeseburger Salad
The Ice Cream Sandwich Torte
15-Minute Fajitas and MargaritasI need to come up with another dessert choice. I really want to do the salad because it is extremely simple, so that's the one I "sell" my hosts on. I'm doing a lot of them! LOL!

Great ideas Chef Kearn....totally forgot about the cheeseburger one. Is it easy as a show demo?

Yes, it is soooooo simple! Since it calls for a bag salad you couldn't get easier. And it does taste just like a cheeseburger.

Thanks! Need to try it...I'm all about easy! lol Looks like I may have another option for my salad theme shows. =)
