I have a customer who would like to exchange a piece of FC. If the product she's picked is more than the item, does she pay tax on the difference? Is the tax rate from the show or the ship to? I really only want to call HO once!

Oh, and in an attempt to hijack my own thread, can I put several returns in one box to ship to HO as long as I mark them clearly?
 
Call HO, they will tell you the exact price of the exchange. HO has said before that they don't like you to do multiple returns in one box but have said that it helps them out better if you put them in their own ziploc bag and mark each bag.
 
It's the tax rate of where it's shipping to....and HO customer service will give you the exact total with the difference and shipping.

And from last I heard, NO on putting multiple returns in one box. They want the reference number put on the outside of each box and paperwork inside. Perhaps that's changed, but that was the last thing I had heard. Bummer, I know!
