I have a customer who ordered the Family Size Pitcher.. and thinks it is WAY too big and wants the regular sized pitcher. How do I exchange something? Can she exchange it? Also, would she ship it back to PC? She was an outside order to a party I had and does not live near me.
 
Yep.. call home office. Have her info and the show number. Have the item number for what she has and what she wants. If it is w/in the first 30 days of the show, PC will pay to have it shipped back. FEDEX will pick it up from her. If it past the 30 day mark, she'll need to ship it back w/ a copy of the receipt and reference #. The will give her a credit for the difference in price also... unless she wants something to make up the difference. 888-OUR-CHEF will get you there!
