The exchange process can vary depending on the availability of the replacement product and shipping times. In general, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for the entire process to be completed.
If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, there will be no fees associated with the exchange. However, if the exchange is due to a change of mind or non-defective issue, there may be a restocking fee.
Yes, you can still exchange a product purchased from a Pampered Chef consultant. You will need to contact customer service directly and provide them with the necessary information to process the exchange.
We understand that sometimes products received as gifts may need to be exchanged. As long as the product is still within its return/exchange period and meets our criteria for exchanges, we are happy to assist with the exchange process.
