I don't get a return receipt when I mail back products for exchanges through the post office. I will now! I sent in a family skillet and finally called and checked on it after two weeks and they said they show they didn't receive it. I faxed in my receipt from the post office when I sent it back and they honored that and are sending the skillet to my customer.

Yeah Pampered Chef! Lesson learned.
 
Yep. Learned that lesson the hard way. now I always have a delivery confirmation on the item at least. It gives me a tracking number. If they don't receive it, I can at least show I sent it, etc. And usually, that feature is free.
