I know that I should know these things..I have been with the company long enough. I just haven't had these types of returns before. I have a lady who bought something for her daughter someone else bought the same thing for her daughter..she got in back in November. Only gave it to her daughter for Christmas. She can't just return it for something else can she? My thought is no because it is outside of the 30 day window..am I correct on this? She is a pretty good customer..and a coworker of my mom..so if she can't return it through the company I will just give her the money back and keep it for a gift in the future.

Yes, she has 1 year from date of shipping to return or exchange.

The return postage is free within the first 30 days. But from day 31 to 1 year, the customer pays for return shipping.
