Exchanging Item Within 30 Days?

A host just emailed me that she bought the Colander set and someone else bought it as a gift for her. She wants to know if she can exchange one of them for something else?

Can she exchange it or can she just get a refund?
 
Within the first 30 days after the show ships, HO will PAY to pick it up. She can return it for an exchange or her money back!

After the first 30 days, the shipping is on her...but she has up to one year to send them back and do an exchange or get her money back!

This goes for ALL sales, not just to hosts...isn't PC awesome!!??

She got hers as part of the free stuff. Should she do it on hers or on the other woman's or does it not matter?
 
It doesn't matter.

If she got it for free, she needs to pick out other product. If she returns the other lady's purchase because she wants the $$ back, I think HO will only issue the check to the actual purchaser.

FYI- If you ever run into this again, and lets say she got it with one of her 50% off items, she can pick out a NEW 50% off item.
 
The host special counts too, I had a host want to return the host special after she got it and got another item offered at the 60% off price.

I would just have her do the free product purchase. If she goes over the value, it should have the original discount too!
