Hi, everyone,
Do any of you know if it's possible to exchange an item bought from a show and instead get a couple other items that include something from the outlet?

I'm thinking we can't officially do that.... but instead the customer could get the regular products, a refund for the difference, then order from the outlet (extra shipping there).

Does anyone know about that?
