Can't Bring up the Website Order

I had a web order come in. I went on my site and marked it as reviewed. Then when I click on P3 to copy PWS orders, it says there is "no personal web site is available for Amanda..." What does that mean? I closed the program and reopened it. It didn't really do an update, so what's the problem? I have a host who I'm supposed to be calling right now so we can close her show! :cry:

Okay, now it's bringing up the update. I hope it doesn't take too long. I have this small window of opportunity to call my host tonight!
 
Check that your dates for the show on the website and on P3 are the same. It won't download it otherwise.
