I just signed up to do my first Bridal Garden Party and I am trying to figure out what to bring to hand out to the guests that attend this event. It should be a pretty big event and I'm really excited about it and I really want to promote that PC does bridal shows and registries. Would it be a good idea to have a few items on hand to do demonstrations or should I just bring business cards, wedding pamplets and drawing slips along with some items to have sitting out for show? I'd appreciate any advice that can be given.

Is this like a Bridal Fair?

From the title, I thought it was a Bridal Shower, because I did a Garden Party last summer for a Bridal Shower.....

I've only done one Bridal Fair, and I don't think my experience lends itself to good advice for you...sorry!:(

Yes, it is a Bridal Fair. The Central VA. Bridal Guide holds this event every year and they have about 40 vendors. I just signed up to be one of the vendors, because I really want to promote bridal registries and showers in our area. I just wanted to know what items to bring to have at my booth. I know to bring some of the products and wedding brochures. I just need a few other ideas.
 
This is a flyer that I used at the Fair I went to. I put it on 1 page of colorful paper front to back.
