If Sally had a show with me and the booking benefit followed the Lucy which Sally booked off of, will PPP be able to know through their name, if Lucy is eligible for the host special discount, or do I have to call PC to see if they were truly booked?

P3 should catch it. The way I explain it to people is.... HO registers the number of bookings you enter to the past host number. They don't have to be the same names that were listed, or the same consultant, but once the number has been reached, they are done.

True - you just have to have the phd # for P3 to get it.

Is this still the way it's done (# of shows booked vs names that were listed)? I thought they had changed it now and the names had to match who booked. I know the consultant can be different and the date can be different but...

I've had a couple lately where the cohost booked, but the other was the main host... no problem

So if I couldn't do a show and "gave" it to my recruit, would the past host still get the booking benefit? Not just the discount, but the booking benefit?

Yes she would. The past host number fron the show the new show was booked from has to be in her profile on your recruit's program and the system would pick it up as eligible.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does "Booking Benefit Follows Host (Not Consultant)" mean?

This phrase means that any special offers or benefits associated with booking a party or event will be given to the host of the party rather than the consultant who is facilitating it. This encourages hosts to invite more guests and create a successful event.

How can I ensure I receive the booking benefits as a host?

To receive booking benefits, you need to confirm your party date and ensure that your event is properly scheduled with your consultant. Make sure to communicate your goals and any specific offers you are interested in to maximize your benefits.

Are there specific booking benefits I can expect as a host?

Yes, booking benefits can vary but often include discounts on products, free items, or exclusive offers that are only available to hosts. Your consultant can provide you with a list of current benefits available for your party.

Can I transfer my booking benefits to someone else?

No, booking benefits are specifically tied to the host of the party and cannot be transferred to another person. This policy is in place to reward the host for their efforts in organizing the event.

What happens if my party is canceled? Do I lose my booking benefits?

If your party is canceled, you will typically lose any associated booking benefits. However, you may have the option to reschedule your party and retain your benefits, so it's best to discuss this with your consultant as soon as possible.
