Recent months have been challenging due to personal circumstances, leading to a significant slowdown in business. However, a recent cooking show fundraiser resulted in impressive sales of $1,454, with commitments to donate an extra 10% to the cause. A key outcome from this event is a new catalog show booking, which could lead to further opportunities within the local school district. There is an upcoming booth at a large upscale horse show, indicating a proactive approach to resume business activities. Support from a dedicated team has been instrumental during this tough period, and there’s a positive outlook for the future as enjoyment in the business returns. Overall, this marks a significant step in revitalizing the business after a difficult time.

Some of you know the last few months have been pretty rough; between moving and my mom's illness, my personal business went waaaaay back on the burner. I've only had a spattering of cobbled catalog shows since October.

Tonight was my first honest to goodness cooking show (a fundraiser) in months. It was so much fun and sales are at $1454! I'm donating an extra 10%, so my commission will be small. More importantly, the one gal still working (my show was in a retirement community) booked a catalog show...and she works with folks all over our local school district. She's also a former consultant (no interest in re-signing), and wants to really generate bookings off of her show.

What a relief to finally do a real show again! This is it for now, but I have a booth at a large upscale horse show in two weeks. Will be working it hard. Just need a couple shows to be back in business.

Thank you so much for the support and PMs these past few months. They helped! Lastly, I have to give a hoorah for my team. They really came thru every month while I was struggling. (Love them!)
