Thanks for the advice! I closed it out, then installed the update again from the website, then opened P3 up again, and did Help > Check for updates. I still got the error message, and it turned out to be having problems because of how P3 was filed/saved on my computer. Got that fixed and then...

Hi again! At a party last week, one of the ladies attending did not purchase anything, but she called and wants to book a show. Is there any way to add her in P3 so that last week's host can get the booking benefit? I haven't submitted the show yet (planning to tomorrow). Thanks!

Thanks Shelia! If she hasn't created a show on her website, can the same thing be done with individual orders entered through the website? Also, do you know if the customers need to indicate the host in any way when they order online? Thanks so much!
