I looked on both of my porches and NOTHING. And the tracking number is current. I hoping that it is at a neighbors house. I will have to do some calling Monday.

I got an email stating that my order had been shipped with the tracking # that I could track. I clicked on it and it states that item was delivered at my front door, but guess what? It is NOT there. What do I do??? Do I need to call FedEx?

I have a new customer that purchased in 1999 from a past consultant the generation II 12" Family Skillet. It only had a 2 yr warranty on it. What can I do for her? Or is there anything that can be done?

How do we know if the product is no longer available? Will it say through PP3? I had someone ask if they could still get the Chillzanne Rect Server, but I wasn't sure if they could or not.
