I am doing a mini-show at my son's school for a little celebration ending the board game club. I wanted to make some kind of cute dessert to tie into the whole board game theme but can not think of anything. I was thinking maybe something like Dice cupcakes...does anyone have any other ideas?

Rose I made the diet cola cake last night and it came out fine. I have been using the fluted pan for almost a year now and I still oil it when making the cakes. Make sure you use plenty of oil. I usually pour the oil in and rub in with a papertowel but the sides of the pan are still very wet...

I am very interested in doing a booth at local fairs, etc. but I have no idea how to find them. I saw an add in the paper once for vendors needed but when I called they said they already have a PC person. Is there a website, or any tips anyone can give on finding local fairs, fundraisers, etc?

Has anyone ever done a show at their local library? My library offers all types of cooking programs, etc. and I would like to offer to do a show just not sure how to go about ir and I am looking for some advice from people who may have done one or heard of someone doing it. Thanks

you can use the MFP to crush the graham crackers it does a greatjob.

I always tell my shows that you do not use soap because it breaks down the seasoning that the stones create and that will ruin the non-stick surface. I always suggest to them that is they cook something greasy on it they can use a paste of baking soda and water to clean the stone.

I usually write on the order forms that I will take 10% off the order if they book a show

I always look at it as any show is better than no show. Remember 1 show can change you entire business. I have a show coming up and I am doing it with Partylite. The only thing I requested from the host was that she actually allows me to do a show not just rely on guests to go to both...

you use any cake mix and then 1 can of any diet soda. I usually use diet coke with chocolate cake mix and diet spite with white or yellow cake mix. You substitue ALL wet ingredients with the 1 can.
