I've had success challenging the guests who do come, to help collect outside orders. You could offer an incentive prize if they take a catalogue home and come back with £50 of orders and another prize for the person who collects the highest value of orders.

Mine is pretty lousy too... I've had one excellent show, one poor show, one average show. I had three booked in this week and two have cancelled. So bummed about that as was hoping to generate Feb bookings from each show. I've got 5 booked in so far for next week and I wanted double that...
