Re: Help!!I usually say "what's the best day of the week for you? I do Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays". Then when they say "Tuesdays" I say: "my next available Tuesday is xxth". Then keep going until we find a date that works, whether it's the next week or in 2 months time.
I've had success challenging the guests who do come, to help collect outside orders. You could offer an incentive prize if they take a catalogue home and come back with £50 of orders and another prize for the person who collects the highest value of orders.
I love that when I'm cooking loads of different dishes I'm can store mixes, salads, mayonnaise etc. in them with the lids on. And then unlike when you have a bowl covered with plastic wrap the bowls then stack on top of each other in the pantry. Or if you have a covered bowl in the fridge, you...
It is indeed delish, and we find it a really successful show recipe over here. We have a brand called Pataks and looks like you can get in the US:

It's important to get the paste not a jar of cook-in sauce (as my host last week did, it was somewhat bland!!)...
Here's a recipe we use in the UK - I make it in the Square Baker, but can do in DDB or DCB no probs:
Curry in a Hurry!

What about a nice email like:Hi xx Sorry you didn't make it down to the fundraiser today - you missed a fun event! If you would like to help XXX raise money for XXX then you still can! Simply place an order with me before the show closes on XXX and a % of the sales will go directly to the cause...
Hi
:cheerleader:
The UK incentive trip rolls into town next week(!) so just wondered if there were any Chicago natives, or frequent flyers on CS?
If so what is the absolute must do/see??
I can't wait for the head office tour, and the shopping! But what else would you recommend?
Ha I know I am! But I'm trying to get 2 more recruits signed and qualified before the end of March! My director and I are putting £25 in each so it's not so bad. I know it's tricky, I suppose what I'm really asking for is ideas for recruiting outside of shows??
Hi
My director and I are offering a cashback offer on people joining this month, and I'm trying to think of ways to promote it outside of shows.
I've contacted people from my database, but I'm thinking broader than that.
Has anyone had much success with posters/flyers/adverts etc...
Re: StainlessI've been thinking of getting a skillet for a while, so was going to get the exec. When the stainless was announced at leadership, I thought it might be an idea to get the SS one so at least I have a piece of stainless to talk about it! I read all the things you guys make in it and...
Hi Everyone
We in the UK are getting the stainless pans as part of our new season's products - yey! I have some PC £££ss to spend, but not a lot. And I can't decide what to do.
Here's my dilemma:
I would like a skillet to use at home, as I don't have a pan this size and would use it all...
Mine is pretty lousy too... I've had one excellent show, one poor show, one average show. I had three booked in this week and two have cancelled. So bummed about that as was hoping to generate Feb bookings from each show. I've got 5 booked in so far for next week and I wanted double that...
