I'm looking for a few recipes that people have had a lot of success with and have really wowed a crowd. I'm holding my own open house this week and look forward to purchasing some products to add to my collection. I want to be smart about what I purchase because it will be the last of it until April.

Any of the rings are good in the " All The Best" Cookbook or the "Turtle Fudge Skillet Cake". Just remember that it is all about the products, not the recipes! Good luck at your open house!

Wouldn't it be nice to wow them with both? Also, where can I find the recipe for Turtle Fudge Skillet Cake?

Turtle Fudge Skillet Cake
Submitted by RINI

Recipe:
1 package (18.25 ounces) devil's food cake mix (plus ingredients to make cake)
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
4 squares (1 ounce each) semi-sweet chocolate for baking
1 jar (12.25 ounces) caramel ice cream topping, divided
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Thawed, frozen whipped topping (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare cake mix according to package directions in 4 qt. Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl; beat until smooth. Melt butter in 12” Family Skillet over medium heat, tilting skillet to coat bottom. Gently pour batter over bottom of skillet, spreading evenly.
2. Bake, uncovered, 30-35 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Carefully remove to cooling rack. Loosen edges of cake and carefully invert cake onto Large Simple Additions Platter.
3. Using the Food Chopper, chop chocolate. Combine half of the caramel topping with chocolate in the Small MicroCooker. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 30-60 seconds or until melted. Stir until smooth. Carefully spread caramel fudge glaze over cake.
4. Chop pecans; sprinkle evenly over glaze. Drizzle with remaining caramel sauce, if desired. Using the Easy Accent Decorator, decorate with whipped topping.

I've always had good crowd response for the Clubhouse Chicken Squares, also in All the Best.

I second all of the above mentioned recipes!

The Chicken Enchilada Ring or the Lemon Herb Chicken Rings always go over well, and they both show a bunch of tools!

Thanks for your help!

Collassal Chicken Salad from, I believe, last S/S SB. Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Quick Turkey Microwave Chili, and anything in the Trifle Bowl.

Thanks for that reminder! I was trying to think of other salads I could offer for the Salad Show (not thrilled yet with the new ones.) This one is great, and feeds a crowd!

chocolate chip sensation, club house chicken squares, aloha pizza are my three most requested recipes.
