I just saw that they fired Chef Robert Irvine of one of my fave shows, Dinner Impossible, due to the fact that he lied about his resume...
Ok, what I want to know is...why can't FN do their job and do background checks on these people? I watched the Next FN Star and they got all the way down to the final 2 or 3 and then 'discovered" that one of the contestants lied about his background as well and let him out of the competition..
W/ Robert Irvine, I cannot possibly think it would be hard to do a background check on someone who said they had worked at the ROYAL PALACE and the WHITE HOUSE...I cannot believe he's been around as long as he has and has not been busted yet..I think I read he admitted that he lied about it in a magazine article...
I do not think they should have let him go..that show is great, he does a great job on it, and they should have just given him a fine, suspended him, or something...it would be different if he was goof ball on the show and didn't know what he was doing.
