How long will it take for an order to show the Tracking number once it shows a status of "Shipping"?
I had an order get messed up- with no explanation yet from HO. They had put it on hold 2 weeks ago, but emailed me to say it was Canceled. I was able to get ahold of the customer (it was an online order) and confirm that she was the one who canceled it....she wasn't and was quite surprised. She hadn't been notified in any way.
I emailed HO instead of getting on hold for hours (i had an appt, so couldn't), and they sent me a response fairly quickly that the payment was processed fine, and the order was released for shipment. Now, mind you- it was on hold for almost 2 weeks! Now, it's seems stuck in limbo still just saying "Shipped". But there is no shipping number. This was on Monday.
I've got another order that seems to be just stuck at "Received" for a week too. I'm hoping it's just because it's the first week of the month, but I've done other orders at this time and they moved fast.
