Hmmm, I grilled chicken yesterday while we were grilling steaks, but now I am feeling like a Pot Roast. I may do the pot roast, and save the grilled chicken for Fajitas tomorrow.:chef: So, Roast Beef Potatoes Carrots Onions Sugar Snap Peas Whole Grain Baguettes w/ dipping oil.
steak and dinner should be ready in 10 minutes when DH gets home and i haven't thought of another thing to serve!!!
I still haven't decided on dinner and it is getting late, but dessert is in the oven. Strawberry rhubarb pie! Yummo!
Found a Pork Loin in the freezer when I went to get the roast - and that sounded even better! Soooo, had Pork Loin Roast in place of the Beef. I tossed the carrots and baby red potatoes w/ olive oil and sun-dried tomato & herb seasoning, and then did a rub of honey-dijon mustard & brown sugar on the roast. Roasted it all in the DCB - man was that good!
