Good Morning...Happy Wednesday!!

Happy Birthday to cheffers....jcmilez, conkeylam, and PamperedchefTricia...have a truely wonderful day, today!!

Okay...the weather is slooowly getting better...majority of today looks gloomy...so that means I am making Italian Wedding Soup.....after today we are expecting warm and sunny days through the weekend..so back to the grill!!!:chef:

Beautiful sunny day here today (on the weather this morning it was said that we are "stuck" with this sunny warm weather for the week! - I'll take that!) so I'm thinking we need to grill.

I think I'll do burgers on the grill w/ fresh tomato, lettuce, and onion. Mmmmm, that sounds good! Then, maybe a red potato salad on the side.

Today's my first prenatal visit (yay!) so I'm making something fast afterwards. I'm thinking either spaghetti or cheeseburger mac. I'll let DH decide later.

I'm going to try the curry-scented butternut squash soup from the new Soups/Stews/Chilis cookbook. Rainy day here in Vermont, so sounds like it'll be perfect!
