Tonight I am making Lobster tails (my MIL sent these up from Fla. keys), grilled scallops, wild rice, not sure what veggies, and for dinner I am making DH chocolate mousse w/strawberries on the side.....

Happy Valentines Day everyone!

I seemed to have spent the entire weekend cooking....Including yesterday, when I made an entire brunch for 30 people. (Not a show - just cooking!)

(Although, DH and I went out for dinner Saturday evening - it was wonderful!.)

But today, I have to make 30 cupcakes and decorate them and have them at school by 2:30...since I will be making them from scratch, gluten free, it will take some time, oh - and I have to be there for the Valentines Party from 2:50-3:45...and I also have 9 host packets to get ready and get sent out, now that I have catalogs!

Anyway, with everything going on today, DH said for me not to cook tonight - that he's going to get Valentines Day takeout from our favorite Thai restaurant!

I love that man - and I'm so glad that he's MY Valentine! :love::love::love:
 
celebrated Valentines Day all weekend. No time tonight for another big dinner so will be making heart shaped pizza. Then off to a shelter to share dinner with my church and a group of homeless men. The Sunday School kids made cards, we made special treats and today I'll cook rice and beans. Share the love:love:
